Which chain do I have to use for sending my commitment?

The commitment is usually in USDC. The XBorg Launchpad supports Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Polygon and Binance Smart Chain. Ensure to verify the compatible chains before the launch.

I invested in a deal, but the Launchpad UI doesn’t show my commitment, what do I do?

If the launchpad does not show the commitment, please open a support ticket on Discord.

I live in a country that does not allow me to install the SwissBorg app, so I cannot KYC. What is the solution to this?

At the moment, we only support nationalities available on the SwissBorg app. XBorg is actively working on expanding its network, and in time more regions and nationalities will be eligible for KYC.

Is there a difference between Prometheus, Partner, and Public rounds?

The rounds in which users are eligible vary according to their demographic. Prometheus holders receive the greatest benefits and are not required to pay fees, while other rounds have different fees and allocation sizes.

Can I send BUSD, USDT or other stablecoins instead of USDC?

Currently, we only support USDC.
